【楊桃美食網】紅燒排骨Braised Ribs

材料:
小排骨1斤半、蔥段、辣椒段、蒜仁、油2大匙、水1000cc

Ingredients:
900 grams spare ribs, onion cloves, cut chili, minced garlic, 2 tablespoons oil, and 1000 cc water

調味料:
A.醬油1大匙
B.鹽1小匙、糖1大匙、胡椒粉1小匙、米酒2大匙

Seasoning:
A. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
B. 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon ground pepper, 2 tablespoons rice wine

作法:
1.取鍋倒入油2大匙,將蔥段、辣椒段、蒜仁小火爆炒至微黃,放入小排骨拌炒,加入調味料A,炒至排骨上色。
2.將作法1的排骨,加水1000cc、調味料B,蓋上鍋蓋悶煮25-30分鐘,水分收乾後盛盤即可。

Preparation Method:
1. Put 2 tablespoons of oil into a pan, add the onion, chili, and garlic on low heat and stir-fry until it turns slightly yellow. Next put in the spare ribs, add seasoning A. Fry until the pork is coated with the seasoning and changes color.

2. Add 1000cc of water to the spare ribs from step 1 along with seasoning B, cover and let simmer for 25-30 minutes. When the moisture content is absorbed, the dish is ready.
